Missing Unnao Couple's Bodies Found In Decomposed State: Report
Other than finding an angle, the police are also retrieving the call details of both the deceased and their location before their disappearance. According to the report filed, the alleged couple disappeared on October 13.
Missing Unnao Couple Bodies Found: Bodies of a 22-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl were exhumed by the Police from a paddy field in the outskirts of a village in Unnao district on October 19. The minor was allegedly the man's girlfriend and both were natives of the same village under Bangarmau Kotwali Police in Unnao.

According to the police, the bodies of the deceased, identified as Balkishan and the alleged girlfriend, were at least five days old. To be certain about the identity and time of death DNA profiling is being done by the cops. The police are not certain about the identity or the time of death because of the condition the bodies were found in badly decomposed. Though the family members of both the deceased identified them using the items recovered with the bodies- mobiles, slippers and clothes.
Although, the preliminary investigation points towards the findings that the couple were allegedly burnt by pouring acid. For now, according to Ashutosh Kumar, the Circle Officer (CO), the police is trying to find an angle to the cause of death including suicide.

A case was filed by Balkishan's father Chetram, after his son was severely beaten up by the father and brother of a teenage girl from the same village on the late evening of October 12.
In his complaint, the father stated that Balkishan escaped and rushed back home. The next day, his son was allegedly abducted by the family members of the teenage girl while going to the field. After he was unable to find the son, the father registered a case.
On the other hand, the girl's father had registered a complaint in the same police station against the man for luring and eloping with his daughter on October 13.
