Siddiq talked in detail about how the group has a bigger presence than just in Mangaluru, “The functions of Blood Donors Mangaluru are not limited to  Mangaluru city, but it also helps people in other parts of the state. We also have members holding camps in foreign places like Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Our group is not affiliated with any political or religious organizations. Hence, our service also has no political or religious barrier. In our group, we believe that all blood donors belong to one community."

The group has also held donation camps with almost every hospital and medical college in the city. They also get calls from people, especially relatives of patients from North Karnataka who require blood. However, these people often find it difficult to arrange for blood because they are away from their native homes. So Blood Donors Mangaluru helps them arrange for blood.
