Looop Lapeta first look- meet Taapsee Pannu's Savi: Actor Taapsee Pannu took to her Instagram to share the first look of her character Savi from her upcoming film Looop Lapeta. In the picture Pannu shared, she is seen sitting in a dark toilet, holding a piece of paper in her hand. Pannu wears a green T-shirt and black shorts paired with matching shoes. She also has a red brace on her right knee.
Revealing her first look as Savi, Pannu wrote, "Life mein kabhi kabhaar aisa time aata hai jab humein khud se yeh sawaal karna padta hai (In life, there comes a time when we have to ask a question to ourselves).'How did I end up here?' main bhi yahi soch rahi thi (I was thinking about that too). No, not the s**t pot, but the s**t life!”
“Hi, this is Savi, and welcome on board a crazy ride,” she further wrote in the caption.
Looop Lapeta is an official remake of the 1998 German thriller 'Run Lola Run', about a woman who must collect 100,000 Deutschmarks within 20 minutes to save her boyfriend. The film was to release on January 29, 2021 but got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Looop Lapeta is directed by Aakash Bhatia and produced by Tanuj Garg, Atul Kasbekar, and Aayush Maheshwari. Chhichhore actor Tahir Raj Bhasin stars alongside Pannu in this film.
Pannu recently described her work life as a “boot camp like schedule.” She was also shooting for Looop Lapeta during this time. “The boot camp-like schedule 1 gets done. Now running towards the Lola family. Going to have a very chill cool stopover with the looopers. The best unwinding I could’ve asked for! This is going to be ‘crazy’ fun.
