The popular reality TV show Keeping Up With the Kardashians famed Kourtney Kardashian has recently teased fans and revealed that she may be autosexual. The article was shared on her lifestyle website, Poosh, which begins with the question “Are you autosexual?" adding, "The short answer is yes, most likely. In fact, we all are, at least a little."
The 41-year-old entrepreneur quoted sex expert, writer and therapist, Casey Tanner, describes the term, autosexual, as "a trait wherein one is turned on by engaging in their own eroticism." The reality star's site claimed that "most people are" autosexual," as per her website.
She further explained, "While masturbation is an example, autosexuality may extend beyond sexual behaviour to include feeling a longing or desire for oneself. It can also be the ability to turn oneself on through looking at, visualising, touching, or smelling oneself."
On quitting Keeping Up With the Kardashians
The mother of three, Kardashian is the oldest of the sisters and Kris Jenner's first daughter. She has 105 million followers on Instagram and is currently single. Earlier, she had talked about quitting the popular show after its 19 seasons and told Vogue Arabia, "I have been filming the show non-stop for 13 years, 19 seasons and six spin-off seasons. I was feeling unfulfilled and it became a toxic environment for me to continue to have it occupy as much of my life as it was." The Kardashian-Jenner family's long-running series comes to end with its last season being aired in 2021.
She launched Poosh in 2019 as a “modern guide to living your best life.” She said that she will quit the show to ensure her other future plans. "I have decided to take a big step back from filming and really just pick and choose what I will allow cameras to follow. I think just now when I have something that I find is interesting to film, or that I would feel excited to film, that I do that," she had said.
