Industrialist Mukesh Ambani's son Akash is all set to wed schoolmate Shloka Mehta in December this year. Over the weekend, their photos from a private event in Goa are going viral on social media.
It is a match made in the industrialist world. The groom is the son of the Reliance Industries' chief, while the bride is Rosy Blue empire MD Russell Mehta's daughter
Social media saw the two families come together at a resort in Goa for a "get-together" before the formal engagement.

- Akash and Shloka both went to Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai. They have been close friends for years as the Ambanis and Mehtas know each other well, reports said.
- After schooling, Shloka went to Princeton University to study anthropology. After graduation in 2013, she did her masters in law and anthropology at the London School of Economics and got a degree in 2014.
- Having two elder sisters and one brother -- Shloka is the youngest daughter of Russell and Mona Mehta. The family business, Rosy Blue, was earlier known as "B Arunkumar & Co". The firm has branches in 12 countries, including Belgium, Israel, Japan, the US and China.
Shloka is a fitness freak as well and likes to stay healthy by doing exercise and yoga. She loves animals
- Shloka is the director of Rosy Blue Foundation. She has been associated with it since 2014. Akash, 27, currently heads strategy at Reliance Jio, the group's fast growing telecom venture.
- In 2015, Shloka co-founded ConnectFor, which helps NGOs connect with volunteers.
- Settled in south Mumbai, Shloka has always been a bright student. Passionate about social work, Shloka's firm helps volunteers of certain fields associate with innovations and efforts to reach out to specific NGOs.
