Deepika Padukone slammed trolls by an Instagram influencer account by the name Freddy Birdie posting on her story calling him a ‘moron’ for his sexist comments on her clothes along with a hashtag IYKYK (if you know, you know). However, it is not clear that Padukone put this up referring to Birdy.

After Padukone’s reply to his sexist comments, he reacted saying that he did not mock the actor for her clothes and calling him a ‘moron’ was the ‘first non-fake comment’ she had made in her entire career.

On Saturday, popular Instagram account posted a picture saying that the length of clothing will keep getting shorter as Gehraiyaan release date gets closer. He received criticism for his comment on Deepika Padukone’s clothes during Gehraiyaan promotions. It is reported that he made his account private after the controversy and allegedly deleted the post as well.

Following this, Deepika Padukone put up a story on her Instagram account calling him a ‘moron’ for his sexism with a #IYKYK sticker. The influencer responded by sharing her story on his account calling it “the first non-fake comment in Deepika Padukone’s entire career.”

He explained in a post mentioning that he did not intend to mock Padukone for wearing tiny clothes. “You can wear your hemlines till your toes or your ears. For all I care," he wrote, referring to the controversial comment he made on her clothes earlier. “Necklines and hemlines are Gehraiyaan” the caption on the controversial post said.

Freddy Birdy is a popular Instagram account which is followed by many Bollywood actors including Anushka Sharma and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
