A Bundi social activist Charmesh Sharma said that two girls from Haryana are still stuck back in Kherson city of Ukraine. On March 10, he had informed the Indian authorities about five Indians who were stuck there. Post which, three out of the five students were brought back--Vadi Vivek, Milan Domadiya and Arokia Raj.

However, two girls named Tannu Khersan, 19-year-old and Simeran Kaur, 19-year-old are still stuck there. They could not be brought back as they failed to reach a spot near the Kherson city from where the further evacuation plan was designed.

The three students who were evacuated were brought to Moscow via Crimea in a bus and then flown back home last week. The activist Sharma has once again filed an online plea urging the President, the Prime Minister of India and the Union Minister of External Affair for the evacuation of stranded girls.

Informing the media about the condition of the girls there, he said that they are left with little food and are cold because they gave back their blankets and other items to the caretaker of the building that they resided in following a message from the Embassy of India about the evacuation.

Sharma knows all this information about them because he has been in constant contact with both the girls through WhatsApp.
