In a video, we find a reporter repeatedly questioning actor Gul Panag about her participation in the farmer's protest. The reporter asked Panag's views on a statement made by a leading actor who alleged that those who are supporting the farmers' protest are infact trying to break the nation apart. "Hum unke baare me baat nahi karenge, " Panag replies with a smile, adding, "Main to janti nahi aap kinke baare me baat kar rahe hain, kaun hain woh. (I don't know who you are talking about. Who is she?)"

When the reporter proceeds to ask her about other actors who have called out celebs supporting the farmers' protest, Panag said, "Let us talk about those who are sitting here. Those who are not even here, those who are not supporting us, why are you trying to instigate us by repeatedly asking us questions about them?"

At one point, Gul Panag goes on to say, "Nahi milega jo bayan aap chahte hain...muskurahat le lijie," which loosely translates into, "You won't get the statement that you want, take my smile (instead)."
