Addressing Framing Britney Spears, the Womanizer singer has recently taken to Instagram to share how she feels about the media and the documentary that came out last month.

In the caption of a video that shows her dancing to an Aerosmith song, the singer expressed her feelings about how she felt and still feels attacked and judged by the media. Beginning with how her life has always been out in the open for everyone to see and judge, she talks about how much she feels exposed.

She wrote: “I’ve always been so judged… insulted… and embarrassed by the media… and I still am till this day”

The year 39 old singer said that she did not watch the whole documentary. But from the parts that she saw, she was deeply embarrassed by the light the media put her in. Being watched and judged her whole life, she said that she also cried for two weeks and still does now.

Talking about how it takes strength to be able to trust the universe and be truly vulnerable, she concluded the emotional Instagram post with how she loves dancing and how it gives her the most joy every day. She says that she's not here to be perfect because being perfect is boring and how she’s here to “pass on kindness”.
