An FIR was registered against Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay and the veteran actor’s wife Yogeeta Bali at the Oshiwara police station for rape and coercion of a woman. According to the complaint, Mahaakshay was in a relationship with the survivor since 2015 and had promised to marry her. The survivor further stated that he called her to his house, allegedly drugged her, and then forced himself on her without consent.
