Kudos to External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj for rescuing Judith D’Souza in Afghanistan

Sushma Swaraj is a real example women power in India. She just help rescue young woman in Afghanistan. Swaraj’s help and resourcefulness was seen in the case of Judith D’Souza, a girl from Kolkata who was working with Aga Khan Foundation In Afghanistan. Judith was kidnapped last month in Kabul and since then her family and friends had been  looking for support to bring her back.

The good news of her rescue today came in form of a winning tweet from the official Twitter account of Sushma Swaraj today at 6.30Am IST.

Judith D’Souza is with us – safe and in good spirits. She will reach her Motherland at the earliest. Vande Mataram.

I have spoken to Judith. She is reaching Delhi this evening. Ambassador @VohraManpreet is accompanying her added Swaraj.

The Indian Embassy in Afghanistan had already issued a statutory warning for Indian residing or travelling in Afghanistan of Danger in May,2016.
