Evan Rachel Wood Accuses Musician Marilyn Manson Of Abuse

 Marilyn Manson accused of abuse: In a social media post, Westworld actor Evan Rachel Wood accused musician Marilyn Mason of grooming her while she was in her teens. The actor alleged that Manson had "horrifically" abused her for years. "I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander or blackmail," Wood wrote in her post.

Wood took to Instagram to accuse Manson of brainwashing her and manipulating her into submission. "I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives." The actor further added that she stood with the many victims who will no longer be silent. 

Other women accuse Marilyn Manson of abuse as well

According to The Independent, four other women have come forth with allegations of sexual assault, psychological abuse, coercion and intimidation, against Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, following Wood's post. 

In 2019, Wood revealed on social media that she was a victim of domestic abuse. "two years into my abusive relationship, I resorted to self harm. When my abuser would threaten or attack me, I cut my wrist as a way to disarm him. It only made the abuse stop temporarily. At that point, I was desperate to stop the abuse and I was too terrified to leave," she wrote. Read more about it here.
