Elon Musk Might Step Down From Twitter
Elon Musk's transgender kid has requested a name change to reflect her new gender identification and the fact that she no longer lives with or wishes to be related to my biological father in any manner. In April, she filed a petition with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Santa Monica for a name change and a new birth certificate reflecting her new gender identification. It was recently brought to light in various internet media outlets.

According to court documents available online through PlainSite.org, the former Xavier Alexander Musk, who recently turned 18, the legal age of consent in California, has sought the court to change her gender recognition to female and to register her new name.

Elon Musk Transgender Daughter Seeks Name Change

In the online document, her new name was redacted. Justine Wilson, who divorced Musk in 2008, is her mother. There was no further reason for the disagreement between Musk's daughter and her father, Elon Musk, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO who is attempting to buy Twitter for $44 billion.

Neither a lawyer who represents Musk nor the Tesla media office immediately responded to Reuters emails requesting comment on Monday.

In May, about a month after the name and gender change document was filed, Musk declared his support for the Republican Party, whose elected representatives support a raft of legislation that would limit transgender rights in states across the country.

Musk commented on the issue of transgender persons choosing their preferred pronouns in 2020, tweeting, "I absolutely support trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare."
