Shilpa Shetty has so maintained her silence in the ongoing case. She had also filed a defamation suit against several media outlets for allegedly "smearing her reputation with the aim of sensationalising news and increasing their readership and viewership." The Bombay High Court refused to impose a gag order on media outlets from reporting on the pornography case against Raj Kundra but directed a couple of publications to remove videos from YouTube as it targetted Shilpa Shetty and her kids.
