Delhi Minor Dalit Girl Rape and Murder: A minor Dalit girl was allegedly raped, murdered and cremated by a priest and three other men in Delhi.

As per the NDTV report, the Delhi minor Dalit girl's mother said in her statement that, "When the fire was doused, we saw that my daughter's feet had turned inward." She further said that “only death penalty through a fast track court” will bring justice for her daughter.
A 9-year-old girl from the Southern part of Delhi was allegedly cremated after rape. She had gone out to fetch cold water from the water cooler in front of the crematorium at around 5:30 pm. At 6 pm the priest of the crematorium, Pandit Radhey Shyam and other persons stated to the mother that she got electrocuted while having water from the water cooler.
Senior police officer Ingit Pratap Singh said in his statement, "Last night at around 10:20 pm a PCR call was received at police station Delhi Cantt regarding rape and death of a minor girl and her being cremated and that around 200 villagers of old Nangal have gathered at the crematorium of old Nangal."
The Dalit girl's mother also said that the priest had told her not to involve the police as they would make a big issue of the incident and also that the doctors would sell the girl's organs during post mortem.
The preist and three others have been charged under sections 376 (rape), 302 (murder), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 204 (destruction of evidence) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) apart from the relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the SC/ST Act.
"Our struggle will continue till justice is done," said Bhim Army chief Chandra Shekhar Aazad’s team on Twitter. They also visited the deceased Delhi minor Dalit girl's family and offered their assistance.
