Congress Leader Ragini Nayak Admitted To AIIMS After Her Condition Deteriorates Due To COVID-19

Congress Leader Ragini Nayak tweeted on November 29 that she, her husband and her parents had tested positive for Covid-19.

Congress leader Ragini Nayak, who tested COVID-19 positive on November 29 was shifted to AIIMS today after her condition worsened last night.  Nayak's husband and family too has tested positive for COVID-19.

Ragini Nayak took to Twitter on Tuesday to share the news that she had been admitted to AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) Trauma Center late on Monday. She wrote, “Dear All My condition deteriorated last night and I had to be admitted in AIIMS Trauma Center." She further added that she is "trying my level best to fight this disease, the rest I lay in the hands of God."

On November 29, Nayak tweeted about testing positive for the coronavirus, along with her husband and her parents. The Congress leader further added that she had ‘rather severe symptoms’. “I have some bad news to share Me, my husband @ashokbasoya n my parents have tested positive for Covid-19.. I have some rather severe symptoms." She went on to request all those who had come in contact with her and her family over the past few days, to get themselves tested for the same.
