Bigg Boss 11 Contestant Alleges Friend 'Drugged And Raped' Her; FIR Filed

On Wednesday, Delhi Police registered a rape case based on a complaint filed by a television actor and model who gained her popularity after contesting in the reality TV show Bigg Boss. The Bigg Boss 11 contestant alleged that a 'friend' raped her in a flat in south Delhi.

According to the police complaint, the alleged crime against the actor took place in the Deoli Road flat in Tigri in South Delhi in 2023 and after the complaint of the actor, the Tigri Police Station has lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against the accused friend under Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 376 (rape).

A Bigg Boss 11 contestant has sent everyone shockwaves after headlines buzzed about the actor lodging an official complaint against a friend for allegedly drugging and raping her in 2023 in a flat in South Delhi. The actor has finally spoken up about the matter taking legal action against the crime and violence against her by a 'friend'.

A senior police officer revealed that there has not been any arrest made so far and the FIR has a complaint against a single person booked under IPC 376, rape case. However, police have formed teams to investigate the matter further based on the actor's complaint. 

The actor who is originally from Mumbai is a popular Television actor and also a model. She gained popularity through her stint in the celebrity reality TV show Bigg Boss season 11 hosted by Bollywood actor Salman Khan.

The Bigg Biss 11 contestant in her complaint shared that the accused invited her to his residence and offered her food and drinks. The actor alleged that the accused man spiked her drink and then raped her in his flat. 

While the official statement from the police officials in the case is awaited, the sources known to the incident said that the police have launched a probe into the incident and enquiry and efforts are underway to apprehend the accused.
