Record Breaking: An Indonesian Man Is All Set To Marry For 88th Time

One might have heard of a person marrying 7 times, but someone marrying for 87 times might raise eyebrows and seem impossible in one lifetime. But this is true! This bizarre story has been the life of a 61-year-old man from Majalengka in West Java, Indonesia. Now the Indonesian man is all set to marry  for the 88th time. 

The Indonesian man is identified as Kaan, and he is set to marry his former wife from his 86th wedding, as per a report. The record-breaking marriages have earned him the nickname 'Playboy King'. 

Indonesian man marries for 88th Time

The 61-year-old Kaan by profession is a farmer. Kaan pointed out that he was unable to refuse the woman's marriage proposal. He added that although it has been a long time since they were separated, the love between them still stands strong. The groom-to-be also revealed that earlier his marriage with the same woman lasted for a month at that time.

The farmer's marriage history dates back to when he was just 14 years old. He married for the first time in his teenage, his first bride was two years older than him. Kann told to Malay Mail, his marriage lasted for only two years and his spouse asked for a divorce citing his poor attitude. What poor attitude is still a mystery and hardly described by Kaan. 

His first marriage drived him to make women fall in love with him. Kaan admitted that he felt angry and fuelled, therefore, he sought 'spiritual' knowledge to pursue women and make them fall in love with him. 

He added, "But I do not want to do things that are not good for women. I also refuse to play with their emotions. Rather than committing immorality, it is better that I get married."

So far, we only know about his marriages and the information on how many children Kaan has from his 87 marriages is unknown.
