Dia Mirza motherhood journey has been deeply emotional. Mirza welcomed a little baby boy with her husband Vaibhav Rekhi, at the same time revealing that the premature child was currently in Neonatal intensive case.
In a deeply personal and emotional social media post, Mirza shared her baby was born on May 14 and is gaining its strength back in the hospital.

- We humbly take the lead from his resilience and courage, she said of her baby who was born pre-maturely and in neonatal care.
- Talking about the worry and pain parents go through when their little ones are in hospital getting treater or suffering, she said on Instagram, "We extend them back to everyone who is struggling to hold on to hope right now or is praying for a loved one."
Dia Mirza married her husband Vaibhav Rekhi earlier in 2021. She was subject to massive trolling for announcing her pregnancy within a couple of months of her marriage. Trolls questioned her about being pregnant before her wedding day. With grace and firmness, Mirza shut this criticism beating many stereotypes around women in India.
