1. Gundlupet, Karnataka
Also known as 'The Flowerpot Of India', Gundlupet in Karnataka, is tucked away in Karnataka's Chamarajanagar district. Imagine walking through fields glowing with sunflowers and marigolds, which paint the landscape in endless shades of gold and yellow, so peaceful! The best time to visit Gundlupet is August to October, right after the monsoon showers when the fields are at their peak bloom.

2. Kaas Plateau, Maharashtra
Forget Switzerland, visit India's very own Kaas Plateau which serves full-on floral fantasy vibes. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is located near Satara. It can be visited between August and September when the fields are dotted with pink balsams, blue skies, and yellow smithias, making the whole place look like it's straight out of a painting.
If you're more of a mountain person, Yumthang Valley in Sikkim is the flower field of your dreams. Also known as the Valley of Flowers of the Northeast, this place is filled with rhododendrons, primulas, and wildflowers between March and June. The snow-capped peaks in the background make this landscape a dream come true.

4. Munnar Tea Gardens, Kerala
Not technically a flower field, but when the Neelakurinji flowers bloom once every 12 years, Munnar’s rolling hills become a purple-coloured paradise. The next bloom is going to happen in 2030, so if you're a long-term planner, this one's for you.

5. Tulip Garden, Kashmir
If your heart beats for the Yash Raj movie aesthetics, Kashmir's Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden is certainly going to be your dream place. The best time to visit is from March to April, it's Asia's largest tulip garden, and the endless rows of red, pink, and yellow tulips will have you feeling like you're walking straight into a Bollywood dreamland. 6. Marigold Pot, Delhi
Earlier this month, Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Saxena shared the images from Yamuna river landscape likening the flower fields at Yamuna Vatika to the sunflower fields in France's Tuscany and lavender fields in Provence. "This stretch of Yamuna floodplains that used to be a muck-filled, garbage dump just a year ago, has been transformed by DDA into vibrant fields of pot marigolds, redefining the landscape of Delhi and reviving the Yamuna floodplains into breathable public green spaces," he added.
Just like the sunflower fields of Tuscany or the lavender farms of Provence, Delhi now boasts of its own resplendent flower fields at Yamuna Vatika, that is swept over in breathtaking hues of yellow and orange!
