Shibani Dandekar Packs A Punch At The Gym, Makes Us Rethink New Year Fitness Resolutions

What do most people do on a Saturday evening? Well, most people do a lot of things but we saw Shibani Dandekar hitting it hard at the gym, on repeat. What seems like a video shot after months of rigorous training might be Shibhani Dandekar's normal weekend routine where she gives tough hit-backs to her coach like a girl.

In the video's caption, Shibani thanked her coach,  Drew Neal, for helping her in her fitness journey. She wrote, " Punching my way through the last month of the year! Thank you for holding my hand through it all coach @drewnealpt kept me on track and sane mentally and physically!"

The video is obviously major fitness goals, where we don't see the run-of-the-mill tiny waist thigh gap as the sign of fitness. Different people have different body goals and we need more and more people to be comfortable with their idea of fitness. In the case of Shibani, it seems like she is achieving what she wished for. Here we are hoping for the year to go away without further damage and Shibani comes up with some Saturday motivation to savour whatever is left of it. Well, we wish her all the motivation in the world.

For that matter, Shibani's Instagram timeline is flooded with such inspiration. Whether its fashion inspo, vacation moods, diet tips and cheat diet ideas. Not to forget the occasional public display of affection that the actor does with her beau Farhan Akhtar. It was recently announced that the Four More Shots Please actor is set to star in House Of Rascals which will release on December 8. She is cast along with Radhika Apte and Vikrant Massey.  Shibani posted the update on her Instagram about the show with a cryptic caption that can only be deciphered after its release.
