  • 1/4 cup sugar (Pro Tip : If you want a low calorie hot chocolate, replace sugar with other sweetener like honey)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 4 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 56 grams chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (split lengthwise)

How To Cook ?

  1. Add milk and cinnamon sticks in a pan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Then simmer the milk for the next 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and take out the cinnamon sticks from milk.
  4. Now add cocoa powder, sugar (honey), salt and dark chocolate and whisk well.
  5. Whisk it until the drink becomes smooth and frothy.
  6. You can also add it to a blender and process to make a froth.
  7. Pour in mugs and enjoy.
