- Sneha Reddy was born in Hyderabad, India on 29th September 1985 in Hyderabad India in a Hindu family to Kancharla Chandrasekhar Reddy and Kavita Reddy. She has a younger sister named Nagu Reddy.
- She did her schooling in the Oakridge International School, Hyderabad.
- Sneha Reddy is an engineer and holds a Masters's degree in Computer engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge.
- Post completing her degree, she joined Scient Institute of Technology as the Director of the Academic and placement cell. At SIT she was also the chief editor of the college magazine, “SPECTRUM.”
- She married South star Allu Arjun in a star-studded ceremony on 6th March 2011, post which she took on the name Allu Sneha Reddy. Their wedding was aired on several news channels.
- As per reports, the couple met more than a decade ago in the US at a friend's wedding, which led to Allu pursuing Sneha. Although the relationship was disapproved initially by both sets of parents, they eventually got engaged in November 2010 and married later in 2011.

Getting more candid about his personal life, Arjun called his wife "extremely strict". He said that he does not believe that his female fans want to trouble his marriage. He added, " My wife says they should live with me to know how I am actually. She’s sure they’d no longer remain my fans.”
