Amassing a good rating of 8/10 on IMDb, Modern Love premiered its second season on Amazon Prime Video in 2021 and was also nominated for the Critics' Choice Television Award and Primetime Emmy Awards in 2020. The anthological drama-series Modern Love is based on New York Times' love and relationships column Modern Love that has been continuing for 17 years. The season 1 cast includes actors Anne Hathaway, Andy Garcia and Tine Fey among others, and was created by John Carney. It stars actors Minnie Driver, Tom Burke, Miranda Richardson, Isaac Powell, Lucy Boynton and Kit Harington among others in the second season.

At the end of second season, Modern Love discusses the story of Van (Tobias Menzies) and Elizabeth (Sophie Okonedo) as they start seeing each other again after their divorce.

Modern Love Season 3 Release Date

There is no official renewal of anthological series Modern Love for a third season as of yet. However, it is expected that Amazon Prime Video is likely to renew the series given its popularity and success. If the series is returning for a third season, audience shall expect it to release no early than 2022 end or early 2023.

Amazon Prime Video announced earlier that it will adapt Modern Love in three Indian languages, namely Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and the show will be titled accordingly as Modern Love: Mumbai, Modern Love: Chennai and Modern Love: Hyderabad. The adaptations are expected to release in 2022.
