'Aashram 3' To 'Code M' Season 2: OTT Shows Releasing In June To Look Out For

When it comes to watching their favourite series or movies, audiences are increasingly turning to OTT platforms. Because various excellent web series were released in May 2022, all of the platforms have boosted the audience's expectations. Much-loved shows are returning with fresh thrilling seasons on OTT platforms, and June will be a busy binge-watching month.

The Umbrella Academy Season 3

The Umbrella Academy is a television series based on Gerard Way's comic book My Chemical Romance. The series is returning after a two-year hiatus, with Season 2 ending on a cliffhanger. The series will continue just where season 2 left off, with the Hargreeves siblings finding themselves in an alternate timeline where their father is still alive and Sparrow Academy has replaced Umbrella Academy. Season 3 of the show will premiere on Netflix on June 22.

Aashram 3

Aashram is a popular web series, and the third instalment is now scheduled to be released on OTT. In the Prakash Jha-directed series, Esha Gupta, Tridha Choudhury, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Anupriya Goenka, and Darshan Kumar feature. As seen in the trailer, Baba Nirala, played by Deol, is on a quest to become more powerful while playing with his followers' faith. He argues that his word is the law of the universe and that he is unbeatable. In one clip, he even refers to himself as God, foreshadowing a more severe power struggle this season. The series will begin streaming on MX Player on June 3.

The Boys Season 3

The Boys is an Amazon Prime Video-exclusive superhero series. The third instalment will premiere on June 3rd, with a new episode released every Friday thereafter. Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, and Laz Alonso are among the cast members.

Ms Marvel

Ms Marvel is a new Disney Plus HotStar mini-series based on the Marvel superhero Ms Marvel, also known as Kamala Khan. Bisha K Ali's series stars Iman Vellani, a Canadian actor of Pakistani ancestry, as the MCU's first Muslim superhero. It is directed by Bilall Fallah and written by Adil El Arbi. Ms Marvel is an adolescent action film about a teen who transforms into a superhero after coming into contact with a weird mist that activates her abilities. The series will track how the adolescent uses her abilities to save the planet while still balancing her everyday existence. Farhan Akhtar, Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, and Mohan Kapur feature in the film. From June 8, the series will be available on Disney+Hotstar.

Code M Season 2

Season 2 of Code M is an Army drama series. It's remarkable to see a woman officer dressed in a powerful, polite, and loyal uniform uncover her next assignment to reveal the truth. Jennifer Winget, one of the most well-known actors on television, plays Major Monica Mehra in Code M Season 2. From June 9, the series will be available on Voot.

Peaky Blinders Season 6

Tommy Shelby's legacy, as performed by Cillian Murphy, will be returning to OTT for the final time soon.
