On March 12, 2023, the 95th Academy Awards will be presented in a ceremony hosted by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. There will be awards given in honour of the 2022 films. The event will be televised on ABC in the United States and will be produced by Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss.

The movie is a follow-up to Top Gun from 1986. The naval aviator Maverick is once again played by Tom Cruise in the lead role.

A disturbing fact about the colony's men is revealed by the ladies of a remote religious colony. The men have been sedating the women and raping them for years. The women discuss their new circumstances when the truth is revealed.
