After coming up back to back chartbusters, Tina Snow, better known as Megan Thee Stallion has announced that she will be taking a break to 'recharge' herself.

In the past year, Stallion released the hit number WAP with Cardi B and her album Good News which also saw great success. The 26-year-old's fans said that she had a pretty hectic 2020 with so many projects.

She took to social media and told her fans about her hiatus in a unique way. At first, a picture of Megan plugged with masks and tubes in her ear was uploaded. Most fans assumed it to be her album Good News' Deluxe version.

The speculation grew when she uploaded another picture of herself rotating in a tank wearing a bodysuit with prints of her album cover. Some fans thought it to be the next big thing being released by Megan with a sci-fi touch. It was surprising when the third picture revealed the real purpose of the three posts. The graphic letters appearing on the screen told fans about the artist's social media break. "Megan Thee Stallion is recharging! due to the demands of Hot Girl lifestyle, Meg has now entered a period of regeneration to prepare for what's next.

The post also added that for the time being her social media account will be handled by MGMT for her fans who are called Thee Hotties. She also asked her fans to 'lead the brave resistance' while she is away.

Megan's fans welcomed her decision and some even said, " Hot Girls need their rest too!"

The year 2020 proved to be a very fruitful one for Megan Thee Stallion in terms of her music career. She was awarded three Grammys which also included the Best New Artist award.
