Actor Mahesh Babu took to social media to wish wife Namrata Shirodkar on the occasion of her 49th birthday. He did this by sharing an adorable moment with his wife on his Instagram and Twitter handles.
On Instagram, Shirodkar reacted to the same post by thanking her husband for making every year 'so special.'
The Telugu cinema actor wanted to make the day a special one for his wife and flew to Dubai where Namrata's sister Shilpa Shirodkar lives. The couple's two children Sitara and Gautham Ghattamaneni have also accompanied them.
How Did Namrata And Mahesh Babu Meet?
Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar met on the sets of the film Vamsee in 2000. It was the first film in which they acted together. Reportedly, the couple started dating each other only after the film's shooting ended, and eventually married each other in a private ceremony in 2005.
Before her marriage, Shirodkar was an established actor and model who had acted in notable Hindi films like Kachche Dhaage (1999), Ezhupunna Tharakan (1999), and Pukar (2000). She was also named the Femina Miss India in 1993. The couple was blessed with their son Gautam in 2006 and their daughter Sitara in 2012.
Southern superstar Mahesh Babu will be teaming up with director Parasuram for his upcoming Telugu action film Sarkaru Vaari Paata. The film's crew will soon start filming in Washington DC. It is said that Bollywood actors Anil Kapoor and Vidya Balan will be portraying important characters in the film. However, no official announcement has been made in this regard. Reports also state that Mahesh Babu will be collaborating with film director Vamshi Paidipally and Trivikram for another project.
