The Kashmir Files box office collection has surpassed 100 crores, and despite competition from recent releases such as Jhund, Bachchhan Paandey, and Radhe Shyam, the film is still doing well. The film is supposed to compete alongside RRR, which is set to be released soon. However, it is not the only film released in 2022 to gross more than 100 crores and join Bollywood's 100 crore club. The Kashmir Files
In this Vivek Agnihotri directorial Darshan Kumar plays Krishna Pandit in the film, which chronicles the 1989 exodus from Kashmir through the eyes of a young man. Pallavi Joshi plays Radhika Menon, a professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) who affected students, including Krishna, by making pronouncements about India-Kashmir ties and happenings. Mithun Chakraborty portrays Brahma Dutt, IAS, while Chinmay Mandlekar portrays Farooq Ahmed Dar, called "Bitta Karate." Bitta Karate, is the leader of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front.
Released on March 11, the film earned Rs 14 crore on the first day. The Kashmir Files is still earning well at the box office. Reportedly, the film has earned Rs 179.85 crore.
Gangubai Kathiawadi
Gangubai Kathiawadi is based on the true story of Gangubai Harjivandas, also known as Gangubai Kothewali, whose life was documented in the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by S. Hussain Zaidi and Jane Borges. The film stars Alia Bhatt as Gangubai and follows her journey of becoming a prominent name in Kamathipura Mumbai's red-light area. Ajay Devgn and Huma Qureshi make cameo appearances in the film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and released in theatres on February 25, 2022.

In the second week of March 2022, Gangubai Kathiawadi became the first Hindi film to surpass Rs 100 crore. Both Bhansali and Bhatt shared the news on social media and thanked the public for their overwhelming support. According to reports, the film has now grossed a total of 123.31 crores over the world.

Radhe Shyam
Radhe Shyam, written and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, is an epic romantic drama starring Prabhaas and Pooja Hegde. The film is set in Europe in the 1970s and tells the eternal love story of Prabhas' Vikramaditya and Pooja's Prerana. It also stars Bhagyashree, Sachin Khedekar, Jagapathi Babu, and Jayaram.
On its first day, Radhe Shyam grossed Rs 43.10 crore in India net of all languages. Multiple reports claim that the film grossed Rs 140 crores.
The makers, however, have claimed the movie has raked in more than Rs 200 crore from its ticket sales worldwide. “#RadheShyam made business of 400 Crores in just 10 days It has globally collected over 200 crs via theatrical release & 200+ crs via non theatrical rights (sic),” tweeted the film’s spokesperson Nikil Murukan.
