Are Tamannaah Bhatia And Vijay Varma Dating? Fans Spot Them 'Kissing'

In the coming year, Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia appear to be making things official. As they celebrated the New Year in Goa, the actors could be seen embracing one another.

The couple can be seen cuddling up to one another  in a video that the Goan restaurant Purple Martini originally posted on Instagram. Varma wore green shorts and a white shirt, and Bhatia wore a short, glittering pink dress. In the video, they reportedly appear to be cuddling and kissing. As fireworks explode in the sky above, the remaining of the crowd can be seen yelling and revelling. Varma and Bhatia have not yet posted any photos of one another on social media.

Some fans were surprised by the new couple's relationship. A few Reddit users expressed their happiness for the young couple. A user posted, "I'm rooting for this love story right now. Rooting  for you, Tamannaah!" One person stated that "Vijay Verma is dating a goddess." Another fan commented, "Wow, they're really open. I guess they don't plan to keep their relationship hidden," while others referred to Vijay as "lucky."

Tamannaah made her acting debut in Chand Sa Roshan Chehra (2005), in which she co-starred with Samir Aftab. Since then, she has worked in the Telugu and Tamil film industries. She is best known for playing the warrior Avantika in the Baahubali films, directed by SS Rajamouli. She appeared in several Telugu and Hindi movies in 2022, including Gurthunda Seethakalam, Plan A, Plan B, Babli Bouncer, Ghani, and F3: Fun and Frustration. She will appear in Bole Chudiyan this year alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

2012 saw the release of Chittagong, Vijay's first feature film after graduating from the Film and Television Institute of India. His roles in the movies Pink, Monsoon Shootout, Manto, Gully Boy, and the anthology Ghost Stories are also well known. He made appearances in the movies Hurdang and Darlings in 2022, winning praise for his portrayal of an abusive husband in the latter. The Devotion of Suspect X, a film by Sujoy Ghosh starring Kareena Kapoor and Jaideep Ahlawat, will be Vijay's next.
