Bollywood actor Tahir Raj Bhasin, who grabbed the audience by the eyeballs with his anti-hero characters, would play the role of “Little Master” Sunil Gavaskar in the film Kabir Khan directorial ‘83.
The upcoming film which will hit the screens on June 4th, 2021, is an Indian sports drama that would narrate the story of India’s first cricket world cup win in 1983.
The 33-year-old actor will also be ‘re-launched’ as a romantic hero in his forthcoming film Looop Lapeta helmed by Aaksha Bhatia.

-Tahir, who began acting at the young age of 13, holds a master's degree in media from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
-Tahir Raj Bhasin made his debut in the year 2012 with the film Kismat Love Paisa Dilli.
-After going through rigorous auditions, Bhasin landed with the role of an antagonist in the Yashraj banner film, Mardaani. He shared the screen with Rani Mukerji and shot to fame for his noteworthy performance.
-The actor’s portrayal of a witty and suave villain earned him nominations for a number of awards including the Filmfare.
-Tahir’s filmography involves Kai Po Che, Manto, Raat Akeli Hai, Chhichhore and Mardaani.
-The actor would soon star opposite Taapsee Pannu as a romantic lead in Looop Lapeta, the official adaptation of Run Lola Run.
-Back in 2017, he was featured in the Forbes 30 under 30 list.
-To ace his character in Chhichhore Tahir, who is a non-smoker, reportedly smoked 200 packs of green tea cigarettes.
