Taapsee Pannu And Nana Patekar Starrer Film 'Tadka' Released Today, Watch Trailer

Taapsee Pannu and Ali Fazal starrer Tadka: Love Is Cooking is out. The direct OTT release seems to be a comedy of errors. The film also stars Nana Patekar and Shriya Saran in lead roles. 

The actor-filmmaker Prakash Raj directed film begins with a wrong number between Nana Patekar's Gaurikshankar and Shriya Saran's Madhura, who is a radio jockey. After fixing a date, they decide to send Ali Fazal and Taapsee Pannu respectively on their behalf. Instead of being a one-time thing, Ali Fazal and Pannu hit it off right away keeping their real identities sealed. Taapsee Pannu's Tadka Release on Zee5

Tadka is adapted from the Malayalam film Salt N Pepper. The film was released on ZEE5 on Friday. Prakash Raj in a report talking about the Malayalam film Salt N Pepper in Hindi said that Tadka is a special film made with love and peppered with laughter, food, and joy. Raj admired Salt N Pepper, so wanted to adapt and direct it in Hindi. Raj showed gratitude towards Nana Patekar, Shriya Saran, Taapsee Pannu, and Ali Fazal for joining the film. 

Whereas Shriya Saran called Tadka a sweet film. She said, “I had heard such good things about the original film, Salt N Pepper that when I was approached to be a part of the Hindi remake, I immediately jumped at the opportunity. It is not too often to get directed by Prakash Raj and share the screen with Nana Patekar. Tadka is the kind of cinema that I love and admire as it feels like a tight hug on a cold day, so I hope that the viewers enjoy our sweet film too”.

Raj and the entire star cast is looking forward to Tadka filling people’s tummy and hearts with love and joy.
