Taapsee Pannu Joins Mishan Impossible: Taapsee Pannu has signed up for a Telugu Drama titled Mishan Impossible. The first look of the actor was unveiled by the makers of the film on Twitter.
Helmed by Swaroop RSJ of Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya fame, Mishan Impossible will chronicle the lives of bounty hunters. The shooting of the film is reported to begin soon in Hyderabad.
Pannu, who recently has a Netflix release Haseen Dilruba, marked her acting debut with Telugu Movie Jhummandi Naadam. Tapsee will headline the new project, along with Rishabh Shetty and Suhas in supporting roles.
The film is produced by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy. Pannu joined the team in Hyderabad on Tuesday. The team welcomed her by posting a picture of the actor on Twitter.
Talking about her new venture, the actor said in a statement that she is excited to be part of the film. Pannu added that she is on the lookout for stories that she would want to see as a part of the audience. She believes that Mishan Impossible is one such film. Further, Pannu said that the film has an “impressive storyline”.
"I want to reaffirm the trust the audience has in me for choosing quality films, and I am doing exactly that by becoming a part of a movie like this,” Pannu was quoted telling the publication.
Mishan Impossible And Other Upcoming Projects
On the work front, Taapsee Pannu also has Looop Lapeta and Rashmi Rocket in her kitty. Additionally, Taapsee will also be seen in cricketer Mithali Raj’s biopic called Shabaash Mithu. The project is now being directed by Srijit Mukherjee.
Mishan Impossible will mark Pannu’s comeback in the Telugu film industry after a three-year hiatus. Prior to this, Taapsee’s last Telugu outing was Neevevaro in 2018.
