Beyond the audible expressions, the wearied and helpless expressions on their faces spoke volumes about their frustration. However, imagine the transformation when this chaos takes a turn into a fun and entertaining concert. Wouldn't that be a breath of fresh air? Such a scenario unfolded recently at Kochi airport, where passengers anxiously awaited their luggage on the belt. After 40 minutes of waiting, as faces began to reflect dullness and despair, a fellow traveller did something that completely changed the atmosphere and lifted the spirits of those present.

 In a recent incident at Cochin International Airport, the passengers were patiently waiting for their luggage at the belt. After a prolonged 40-minute wait without any sign of their bags, a fellow passenger took matters into their own hands to lighten the mood and entertain everyone.

Using drumsticks, this proactive passenger began performing the popular song Humma Humma along the luggage belt's wall. The impromptu concert worked wonders, changing the atmosphere, and the initially agitated passengers started to enjoy the unexpected performance. The video of this incident quickly gained traction on social media, with user Sheetal Mehta sharing the details in a tweet.

However, following the video's viral spread, it was revealed that the co-passenger was none other than the renowned Sivamani, a prominent Indian percussionist. Sivamani is adept at playing various instruments, including drums, octoban, darbuka, udukai, ghatam, and kanjira. He has collaborated with numerous film score composers from Tamil Nadu and contributed to the music of several Indian films such as Roja, Rang De Basanti, Swades, Taal, Lagaan, Dil Se.., Guru, Kabul Express, and Rockstar. Some of his notable contributions include songs like Chaiya Chaiya, and Nadaan Parinde. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to music, Sivamani was honoured with the Padma Shri title by the Government of India in 2019.

The comments section of the viral video was filled with mentions of Sivamani, and numerous users applauded and praised him for his impromptu performance. However, some individuals pointed out that waiting for 40 minutes is a relatively minor inconvenience compared to their experiences of enduring clueless waits that extended up to 12 hours. Notably, actors like Radhika Apte and Richa Chadha have also recently shared their own struggles and experiences of waiting for extended periods at airports.
