Shweta Tiwari interim bail: Shweta Tiwari is dealing with a much public controversy surrounding her ex-husband Abhinav Kohli over their son Reyansh. Kohli has now moved the court for cancellation of interim bail of his estranged wife. Kohli had earlier said that she had gone away to South Africa for shooting without informing the court so he has moved the court and hearing of the case. Tiwari has yet to file a reply in the case.

According to ETimes, Kohli has also moved the court for his child's custody and the hearing of the case is slated to be on Wednesday. Earlier, he had alleged that neither Tiwari nor her lawyer responded to his legal notice and nobody showed up at the court too at the time of hearing of the case earlier. He had shared several videos on social media informing his followers about the weary procedure of court proceedings regarding his case.
In May, Kasautii Zindagi Kay fame Tiwari had shared shocking CCTV footage of her ex-husband allegedly snatching Reyansh from her arms. The Mere Dad Ki Dulhan actor had claimed that Kohli physically abused her and Reyansh. Reacting to the assault allegations, Kohli had alleged that it was Tiwari who wanted to forcefully take their son from his house, contrary to what she had blamed him for in her post. In response the television actor had accused her ex of not contributing financially towards their five-year-old son’s upbringing. Kohli, on the other hand, had accused the actor of leaving their son Reyansh alone in a hotel and flew off to Cape Town for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11’s shoot.
