Big Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Kaur Gill has become a sensation on social media after her performance in the reality show. However, we all know about the dark side of such widespread fame, which includes unsolicited advances and threats from miscreants and how it takes a toll on celebrities. The Big Boss 13 and Twadda Kutta Tommy fame has also revealed about how she got acid attack threats and saw her shocking morphed videos of herself circulated on Internet.

Shehnaaz on dealing with such threats

In a recent interview, 28-year old actor and social media personality took a question from her fan about how she felt about these attacks targeted at her.

She answered, “No, I would like to say congratulations to those who are doing such things. Because I have nothing to lose here. In fact, they are getting people to empathise with me and shower more love on me. I think people do not understand that when you spread negativity about a person, it turns out to be positive for the said person. Because that person gets sympathy. So, it’s better not to do such things.”

How Shehnaaz handles trolling

In the same interview, another fan of hers asked her about how she deals with the unnecessary and harsh trolling on social media. To this, Shehnaaz responded by saying that she was glad that she received the negativity in the early stage of her career. Furthermore, she said that if there is negativity on social media, then there is also positivity on the same platform and that is what she pays heed to.

“Now, I do not care about what one is doing and saying. On social media, my fans maintain positivity. I will just look at the positive angle. Because trollers will do what they have to, they try to put you down. They cannot take in your success. They don’t know how much we have struggled. If trollers start to struggle so much, they will stay away from us and start focusing on themselves,” she further added.

Shehnaaz Kaur Gill has been basking in success since she became popular after participating in Bigg Boss 13. She has appeared in music videos like Shona Shona by Tony Kakkar, Bhula Doonga by Darshan Raval, Fly by Badshah and many more.

Moreover, she will soon make her Bollywood debut in Honsla Rakh, co-starring Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa.
