Cricketer Shardul Thakur got engaged to long time girlfriend Mittali Parulkar in Mumbai today. Here is what we know about their relationship.

Thirty- year-old Shardul Thakur, a well-known speedster for India, is currently resting from the New Zealand tour of India 2021. Thakur-and long time beau Parulkar reportedly got engaged at Mumbai Cricket Association’s facility in BKC with around 75 people in attendance. Here is what we know about the couple:
Parulkar is an entrepreneur and runs her start up All The Bakes in Thane. She maintains a private profile on Instagram and has over 5k followers.
The wedding is supposed to take place after the T20 World Cup in Australia.
The engagement was attended by close friends and family. Current India T20 captain Rohit Sharma, Mumbai Ranji teammates Dhawal Kulkarni and Abhishek Nayar were part of the celebrations.
A video of the engagement has been doing rounds on social media and has been shared by the cricketers fan account.
Another clip of the couple dancing has also been shared on Twitter.
Thakur emerged as the fourth-highest wicket-taker in IPL 2021. He is part of the Chennai Super Kings team which won the championship.
Earlier this year another bowler of the cricket team Jasprit Bumrah married anchor Sanjana Ganesan in a private ceremony which was attended by their friends and family members. The ceremony was held in Goa on March 15.
