Sci-fi Shows On Ott To Watch This Weekend

Westworld Season 4

The futuristic amusement park and its robotic hosts are back to serving the elite with new episodes but this time, they have trouble up to their sleeves. This sci-fi show starring Evan Rachel Wood, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson and Ed Harris is releasing its season 4 on HBO on June 26. The eight-episode season four will be set seven years after the third season.

The Umbrella Academy Season 3

The Hargreeve’s squad is back on Netflix but this time in a different timeline where Reginald is still alive and created The Sparrow Academy with six different children. Watch how things unfold for the siblings played by Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castaneda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan and Aidan Gallagher in this timeline as the series streams on Netflix on June 22.

Obi-Wan Kenobi

This sci-fi mini-series was released on Disney+ Hotstar on May 27 and is currently streaming on the OTT with its part six releasing on June 22. The show stars Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor, Moses Ingram, Rupert Friend and Vivien Lyra Blair in pivotal roles and features Kenobi on a quest to rescue Princess Leia and his encounter with Darth Vader.

The Boys Season 3

Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys six-episode long season 3 premiered on June 3. The show features Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty and Dominique McElligott in pivotal roles in this season in which Butcher is working for the government now under the supervision of Hughie. The Boys get to know about an Anti-Supe weapon which takes them on an action-packed adventure.

The Orville: New Horizons

The comedy sci-fi series on Disney+ Hotstar released its season 3 on June 2. The show starring Seth MacFarlane, Adrianne Palicki, Penny Johnson Jerald and Scott Grimes is about the situation and turmoil within the crew after the battle of Kaylon. The 10-episode long series will release its episode 4 on June 23.
