Actor Raveena Tandon recently opened up in an interview with Lehren Retro about an uncomfortable incident from her early acting days. She said that during a scene, her lips accidentally brushed against a male co-star's, which made her feel so uncomfortable that she ended up vomiting. However, she did not reveal the identity of the co-star or the name of the film.
Tandon has upheld a strict no-kissing policy in her films since her early days in acting. When asked about it, she shared that in those days there were no contracts, but she chose not to do it because she wasn’t comfortable.

Recalling the incident, Tandon said that she was having a little rough handling scene with a male actor in a particular film when his lips accidentally brushed against hers. “It was by mistake; it was not even required. Like in that whole frenzy, it was a mistake. I went to my room and threw up because I was so uncomfortable.”
After the shot was over, she said that she went up and felt nauseous. I couldn’t bear it. “I was like, Yuck, no, please brush your teeth and wash your mouth a hundred times,” Tandon added that the actor also apologised to her.
As her daughter Rasha Thadani is all set to make her debut in Bollywood, Tandon was asked if she would allow her daughter to act in kissing scenes. Answering the question, Tandon said, "It depends. If she’s comfortable doing it with someone, then why not? If she is not comfortable, nobody should have the power to force her to do anything that she does not want to do.”
On the work front, Tandon was last seen in Jio Cinema’s One Friday Night opposite Milind Soman. She will next be seen in Ghudchadi, opposite Sanjay Dutt. The upcoming romantic comedy film is helmed by Binoy Gandhi.
