Directed by Rahul Ravindran, The Girlfriend features Rashmika in the lead role, with Dheekshith Shetty playing her on-screen boyfriend. The teaser begins with a heartfelt voiceover by Vijay Deverakonda, who praises Rashmika’s character. It then delves into her college love life, hinting at the emotional challenges her character faces in the story.

While the film’s plot remains under wraps, the teaser offers glimpses of Rashmika’s character navigating a tumultuous relationship. 1. Kubera

National Award-winning filmmaker Sekhar Kammula's mythological pan-Indian film Kubera, featuring Dhanush, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh in key roles, was originally set for release on November 15, 2024. However, a new release date will be announced soon.

2. Chhaava

Directed by Laxman Utekar, this historical action film features Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Rashmika Mandanna as Yesubai, and Akshaye Khanna as Aurangzeb. It is set to release in theatres on December 6, 2024.

3. Thama

Directed by Amar Kaushik, this horror comedy stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, Paresh Rawal, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Announced in October 2024, the film will be the next in the Maddock Horror Comedy universe and is set to release during Diwali 2025.

4. Sikandar

Directed by AR Murugadoss, Sikandar is an action-packed Bollywood drama that stars Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna The film is scheduled for release on Eid 2025.

Directed by Shantharuban and starring Dev Mohan and Rashmika Mandanna, this film was announced in early 2023. It is set to release simultaneously in both Tamil and Telugu, though a specific release date has not been announced yet.

6. Animal: Park

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal: Park will be a sequel to the hit film Animal. The movie stars Anil Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri in lead roles. The sequel was teased in the climax of the original film in 2023, but no official announcements have been made regarding its release yet.

Moreover, in her recent interviews, Rashmika confirmed that she and Vijay Deverakonda, her co-star from Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, are currently reviewing scripts and may soon reunite for a new project.
