The most recent season of the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 17, concluded with Munawar Faruqui emerging as the winner, while Abhishek Kumar and Mannara Chopra secured the second and third runner-up positions, respectively. Among the notable contestants, Mannara Chopra, one of the well-known Chopra siblings, showcased her strength and garnered significant support from viewers throughout the season.

In an exclusive interview with News18, Mannara Chopra mentioned that she couldn't connect with Priyanka Chopra before joining Bigg Boss, as she was in the US for a shoot and entered the house immediately upon returning to India. She expressed her intention to text her sister and convey her gratitude, stating, "If she’s free, I will talk to her and will also thank her for the support." 

In another media interaction, Mannara conveyed her thanks to Priyanka, saying, "Thank you, PeeCee Didi, for supporting me. The way you have supported me means that I have managed to keep my personality, my self-respect, and my family intact on the show," while also expressing affection for Priyanka’s daughter Malti Marie.

Priyanka Chopra Gave A Shout-Out To Mannara Ahead Of Finale

During Mannara Chopra's stay in the Bigg Boss house, Priyanka Chopra taking to her Instagram Story expressed her encouragement for Mannara Chopra by sharing a still of her from the Bigg Boss house. Chopra accompanied the image with a motivating message, stating, "Give it your best and forget about the rest. Carpe diem @memannara. #BIGBOSS." The supportive gesture from Priyanka follows a recent message from their mother, Madhu Chopra, who also extended her best wishes to Mannara.

Priyanka Chopra Shared Throwback Photo With Cousin Mannara Chopra

In response to her cousin Mannara's participation in the show, Chopra shared a throwback picture from her own days as Miss World, which featured a young Mannara. Chopra accompanied the photo with a message: "Throwback to little Mannara, good luck little one (along with a red heart and a strong arm emoji)."

Mannara Chopra, an actor who has appeared in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada cinema, was likely in her early teenage years during the photograph's time frame. After completing her college education, she relocated from Delhi to Mumbai, embarking on her career in the world of modelling.

She made her debut in the Bollywood film industry with Anubhav Sinha's Zid in 2014, where she co-starred alongside Karanvir Sharma. Interestingly, her initial film release was in Telugu, titled Prema Geema Jantha Nai (2014). Subsequently, she has been a part of various Telugu films like Jakkanna (2016), Thikka (2016), and Rogue (2017), among others.
