Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are yet to name their baby, the actor’s mother Madhu Chopra revealed to the press this week, as per reports. The new parents announced last month that they had welcomed their first child through surrogacy. Jonas and Chopra had tied the knot in 2018.

In a short note on social media, the couple told their fans they became parents. “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much.”

They have remained tight-lipped about their child even refraining from confirming if it’s a boy or a girl; certain reports, however, have claimed it’s a girl. They have refrained from sharing pictures of the child or making any public references to their parenthood journey too.
