Prajakta Koli Makes Her Debut In Karan Johar's 'Jug Jugg Jeeyo', Know About Her Character

Prajakta Koli, also known as Mostlysane in her YouTube channel is well-known for her relatable and observational comedy regarding daily life situations. In the upcoming Raj Mehta's comedy-drama film, Jugjugg Jeeyo, she is making her Bollywood debut.

A Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta production, the film stars Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani alongside Prajakta Koli and Manish Paul. "Going away for the next month to shoot something so nerve wrecking but exciting! Will miss my roomies so much. BRB, Mumbai,” Koli wrote in a caption of her Instagram post.

Koli will play the role of Ginni, a member of Anil Kapoor's character's family.

Koli has been in the entertainment industry since 2011. Koli began her career in media as an intern at Fever 104 FM radio station in Mumbai. While working as an intern, Koli met future One Digital Entertainment vice-president Sudeep Lahiri, who encouraged her to launch a comedy YouTube channel. Koli launched her channel in February 2015.

According to The Indian Express, Karan Johar has announced the release date of his film. The film has been locked for June 24, 2022. Karan also shared the poster on Instagram along with the caption, "So happy and excited to be presenting this one." This will be a fun-filled family entertainer that stars Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and marks the acting comeback of Neetu Kapoor.

Revolving around the institution of marriage, Karan Johar also shared the first set of stills from the movie that look like clicks from a wedding sequence of Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani’s characters. Film’s lead actors also shared the photos and the motion poster. Kiara Advani and Varun Dhawan’s characters will get married in the film. The stills are from the wedding sequence of the movie. The production house has also released a motion poster featuring the lead actors of the film.
