Actor Pavail Gulati has now joined the star cast of Rashmika Mandanna, Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta for the shooting of Goodbye. He made an announcement about the same in social media, and said that he was extremely excited to be a part of the film. He will be playing the role of Amitabh Bachchan's son in the film.
Pavail Gulati collaborates with Balaji Telefilms for a second time
"Goodbye is a very special film for me with my very special friends. Absolutely thrilled and excited to be part of it. What makes it even more special is to get an opportunity to work with a legend like Amitabh Bachchan sir again. It is indeed an amazing feeling," he said. Pavail Gulati had earlier worked with Amitabh Bachchan in the 2014 television series named Yudh. He was last seen in the hit film Thappad alongside Taapsee Pannu.
Goodbye marks Pavail Gulati's second collaboration with Balaji Telefilms. He recently revealed that he was more than happy to collaborate with Ekta Kapoor and Balaji Telefilms once again.
Goodbye film shooting began on April 1
The shooting for Goodbye had already commenced on April 1. Actor Rashmika Mandanna had even shared pictures from the film's mahurat pooja on social media.
The film is being directed by Vikas Bahl, with the production being done by Balaji Telefilms and Reliance Entertainment.
Ekta Kapoor had recently spoken about the film. “Goodbye is an extremely special subject which has emotion and entertainment in equal measure. It’s a story that every family will identify with," she said.
A few days ago, actor Neena Gupta expressed her excitement on being cast opposite Amitabh Bachchan in the film. "I am very excited to be sharing the screen space with Bachchan. It is a dream come true for me and I am quite ecstatic about it," she said. She will be Bachchan's on-screen wife in the film.
