The first batch of Patralekhaa and Rajkummar Rao wedding photos are out, as the two actors embark on a journey "to forever and beyond." After 11 years of togetherness, the duo tied the knot on November 15, giving fans glimpses into their big day on social media. Congratulations are pouring in for the newly married couple.

In recent weeks, there was buzz surrounding the possible ringing of wedding bells for Rao and Patralekhaa. The duo finally put all speculation to rest on Monday by dropping photos from their ceremony in the evening.

"Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa... Here’s to forever .. and beyond ❤️," Rao wrote in an Instagram post.

The caption accompanies two dreamy snaps of the couple, one in which they are laughing together and another in which Rao is seen performing wedding rituals while Patralekhaa smiles on. She donned a traditional red lehenga with heavy jewellery while the groom opted for a cream-coloured sherwani paired with a pink dupatta.

"There is no greater feeling than to be your wife!" Patralekhaa meanwhile wrote on her own social media profile, sharing photos that captured them in candid moments at the wedding.

Reports earlier said the actor couple would tie the knot in Chandigarh in an intimate ceremony keeping the COVID-19 situation in mind. The guest list reportedly did not include many names from the film industry. Read here.

The now-married couple first saw each other as their screen characters, as told to the media. While Patralekhaa saw him in his debut film Love, Sex Aur Dhokha in 2010, Rao saw his lady love on a television commercial, apparently vowing to marry her the day he set eyes on her.
