Actor Pranitha Subhash Marries Businessman Nitin Raju. See Viral Wedding Photos

Pranitha Subhash wedding: South Indian film actor Pranitha Subhash tied the knot with businessman Nitin Raju in Bengaluru on May 30. Owing to lockdown restrictions in Karnataka, which allows for only 50 attendees at a wedding, the ceremony was an intimate one.

Soon after photos of Subhash's big day surfaced on social media, she issued a statement on Monday with an official announcement of her nuptials.

"It is with great happiness that we would like to inform you that we got married on 30th May 2021 in a very intimate ceremony. We are extremely sorry to not have informed you about the finalised date as up until the day before the wedding we were unsure about when the wedding will take place due to the current Covid restrictions.

"We didn’t want to put you through with the prolonged ambiguity about our wedding dates. Please accept our sincere apologies as we would have liked nothing more than our loved ones to be part of our special day. You mean a lot to us and we hope to celebrate together when things get better," the Saguni actor

Pranitha Subhash Wedding Photos Flood Social Media, Fans Congratulate Couple  

While not much is known about Raju, beyond his being a businessman, Subhash revealed in an interview the duo has known each other a long time. "As cliched as it sounds, it was a love cum arranged marriage. We have known each other for a long time and have a lot of common friends. We decided that we would like to spend the rest of our lives together with the consent of our families," she told Times of India.

Pranitha Subhash is known for her work in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu films, with successes like Brahmotsavam, Porki, Massu Engira Masilamani and Bheema Theeradalli to her credit. She is making her Hindi film debut with Hungama 2, which is due for an OTT release later this year.
