The serial killer who killed people and severed their heads off, and even dumped the bodies at the gate of Tihar jail in the nation's capital is described in the trailer. He left a note for the police with the dead victims ridiculing them and urging them to apprehend him if they can. Additionally, we get to hear from some of the people who worked on the case about how they hadn't witnessed such a horrible act in many years of service.

Indian Predator The Butcher of Delhi

The thriller Indian Predator: The Butcher of Delhi appears to have promise. The series appears to follow the account of serial killer Chandrakant Jha, who killed the victims by decapitating their heads and throwing their severed body parts at various sites throughout Delhi, yet the creators have refrained from mentioning the genuine case it is based on. In 2013, the death penalty was imposed on him.

The tagline of the&t=2s"> series reads, “One city, one cold-blooded murderer and multiple horrifying crimes. Brace yourself for the most bone-chilling, blood-curdling true crime story you’ll ever see. Because this time, evil is closer than you thought it would be.”

Talking about the detective trope, whodunit, director Ayesha Sood said, “The non-fiction space in India is constantly evolving and I am so happy to be a part of this to create a riveting story. As a filmmaker, I am keen to learn something from every project that I develop, and understanding this story and the investigation that ensued, led me to discover a lot about human psychology and the justice system as well. I look forward to presenting through this docu-series on Netflix, a case that should have rocked the country but was missed.”
