"20 saal ho gaye saath mein," Gupta wrote sharing a picture with Mehra on Instagram. Recently, Gupta and her daughter Masaba announced that the second season of their hit show Masaba Masaba will be coming soon on Netflix.

Gupta had earlier opened up about her relationship, raising a daughter as a single parent and how she found love at 50. Gupta and Mehra got married in an intimate ceremony in the US in 2008. She had said she would not have gotten married if she wasn’t sure that her husband liked Masaba. “If my husband didn’t like Masaba or if he was the kind who would never get along with her, I’d never get married to him. No matter how much I love or lust a man, I wouldn’t have ever decided to be in a relationship with anyone if they had a problem with my daughter. It’s very important that she likes who I’m with and vice versa,” she had revealed.

Last year, Neena Gupta had also confessed that if she could go back in time she wouldn’t have a child outside marriage. The Badhai Ho actor told Mumbai Mirror in an interview, “I would not have a child outside marriage. Every child needs both parents. I was always honest with Masaba, so it did not affect our relationship, but I know she suffered.”

During an exclusive conversation with SheThePeople about women and finances, Neena Gupta said that society has fortified the belief that women should stay at home and leave having a career and making money for the men. If a woman does have the audacity to have a job and take her finances into her own hands, it is only acceptable is the job is part-time. "The society is not ready to see women who are earning," she said.
