'Dahaad' To 'Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo': 5 OTT Film Releases You Can't Miss This May

Time to set your calendars since May 2023 will see a lot of OTT releases of films and web series. Many of these television shows and films are eagerly awaited and will probably have an impact on the entertainment industry.

Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo

Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo, a prominent online series from Dimple Kapadia, will debut on Disney+ Hotstar on May 5, 2023. The narrative depicts a modern-day conflict between a domineering and forceful mother-in-law and her daughter-in-law. Dimple Kapadia, Radhika Madan, Isha Talwar, and Angira Dhar play the key characters in the show. It will be available on Disney as well as Hotstar.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar

On May 5, 2023, Netflix will premiere Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar. Ranbir Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, and Anubhav Singh Bassi all appear in it. It is a contemporary love story about a boy and girl who enjoy flirting but think that romance is a game of cunning and trickery. It boasts fantastic characters, a lovely setting, and a lot of corny pick-up lines.

Dahaad

With Dahaad, Sonakshi Sinha will make her OTT debut. The small-town setting of the criminal mystery thriller series Dahaad. The story centres on a female police officer who is troubled and perplexed when she found that women in Rajasthan are vanishing suddenly.

The whole series revolves around her frantic efforts to bring the things which lie behind the curtain and expose the truth Sonakshi Sinha, Vijay Varma, Sohum Shah, and Gulshan Devaiah play the key characters in Dahaad. On May 12, 2023, the series will begin to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

The Mother

In the film ">The Mother, a ruthless female assassin with an enigmatic, mysterious identity is shown. She seemed to have lived alone, avoiding the repercussions of her history. She was allegedly fleeing from hired murderers when they discovered her greatest weakness: a daughter she had given up years before. Even though she wants to protect her daughter from a life of crime, violence, and peril.

On May 12, the movie will have its exclusive Netflix debut. Joseph Fiennes, Jennifer Lopez, Omari Hardwick, Gael Garcia Bernal, Paul Raci, and Lucy Paez are among the cast members.

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story

On May 4, the movie Queen Charlotte, featuring India Amarteifio as a young Queen Charlotte in Bridgerton played by Golda Rosheuvel, will be released on Nteflix.

The narrative of her ascent to power will be covered in this series, along with how her union with King George was the result of an epic love story and the impetus for societal transformation that is expressed in Bridgerton poem.
