Madhuri Dixit Digital Debut: After the lockdown happened due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the theatres went off. This made many producers shift to the OTT platforms. Several top silver screen stars are heading towards the OTT platform. 

From the daily coming announcements, it is very clear that the actors are looking forward keenly to work on the OTT platform for some fresh content. The days are gone when stardom was all about the silver screen.  While many celebrities like Kajol Devgan, Susmita Sen, Kajal Aggarwal have already made their debut on the OTT platform.

Here we have listed some big silver screen actors who will be debuting on the OTT platform this year:  

Madhuri Dixit 

The Dhak Dhak girl of Bollywood, recently announced her upcoming digital debut Finding Anamika The details of the series are yet to be announced. Madhuri will be playing the role of a global superstar who goes missing. The series will be released on Netflix and is directed by Karishma Kohli and Bejoy Nambiar.

Juhi Chawla

Juhi Chawla is going to debut with the web series tentatively named Hush Hush. Reportedly, the cast and the crew of the web series will be led by women.  The series will be released on Amazon Prime Videos. More about the series is yet to be announced.  Along with Juhi Chawla, the series also features big names of the entertainment industry like Soha Ali Khan, Karishma Tanna, Sahana Goswami, Kritika Kamra, and Ayesha Jhulka.

Ayesha Jhulka

Ayeesha Jhulka will also be debuting the OTT platform with Juhi Chawla with the web series Hush Hush.  Ayesha has predominantly appeared in Hindi films and has worked around 45 movies. The actor has also worked in Odia, Kannada, and Telugu language films.

 Raveena Tandon

The yesteryear top star, Raveena Tandon is debuting on Netflix with the series Aranyak. The actor will be playing the role of a cop named Kasturi Durga. In an interview, Raveen stated, "While I am excited about my debut, my kids feel this thing is cool to be on Netflix." The film is directed by Vinay Vyakul.

Sonakshi Sinha

Sonakshi Sinha is all set to make her powerful debut as a cop on Amazon Prime Videos. The first look of the untitled web series was unveiled on the eve of International Women’s Day. Sonakshi will be seen playing the role of a badass cop. The series is directed by Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi.
